Synergize ("Synergize", "we", "us", or "our") is a full-service integrated communications network offering advertising, web development, and media services to our clients ("Services"). Please note, this Privacy Notice does not apply to the advertising services provided by Synergize on behalf of clients who may direct Synergize to process the Personal Data of consumers in support of these services. Accordingly, this Privacy Notice and the rights acknowledged herein do not apply to data that Synergize handles on behalf of its clients.
While Synergize strongly encourages its clients to adopt responsible approaches to its marketing practices, Synergize is not responsible for the data practices of such clients.
